The book "Call of Sedona" is the inspiration for this collaborative healing group. The healing circle members will enjoy energy yoga, relaxation, mindful breathing and meditation. Life Particles as described in the book are the healing energy source. Members will be givers and receivers of group healing energy. The purpose is to develop a healthier mind and body, to experience a brighter spirit and to have fun!
